Holistic Restorative Sessions

First time clients will receive an in-depth intake and assessment that provides important insight on the current mental, emotional, somatic and energetic imprints and trauma blocks at play in each of these areas. Based on this insight, you will then receive your first tailored bodywork session (using little to no touch) to start the release / removal of these identified blocks in each of these areas, often hidden in the subconscious layers of the system. After care follow up is provided as well. Sessions are equally effective whether online or in-person.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING

Due to the depth of this work, it is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or for any individuals currently undergoing major medical treatments, active drug or alcohol addictions, or experiencing major neurological challenges such as seizures, active brain ailments as well as psychosis. You also must be 18 years or older to participate. Ensure you also choose a date and time where you will have a few hours to take it easy / rest afterwards.
